Mr. Stamey teaches Web Page Design at DeSoto High School. This was his first year as a teacher. Before he was a teacher he worked with web page design for a life insurance company. He grew up in Manhattan, Kansas. His mom was his middle school principal. He went to Kansas State University.

He got married to Jessica in 2008 and has a five year old daughter named Rachel. They have two dogs named Tumba and Oli.

Mr. Stamey enjoys fishing and running. He helps coach both the wrestling and cross country teams at DeSoto.
